Alexander Rodnyanskys A.R.Games Acquires 25% of Online Game Publisher Syncopate



MOSCOW, August 8, 2011. A.R.Games acquires 25% of Syncopate, developer and operator of GameNet platform and one of the biggest online game publishers in Russia and Russian speaking markets.

A.R.Gamesis a division of A.R.Films, an international film production and distribution holding with operations in Russia, 22 Eastern and Central European countries and the US.A.R.Films is controlled by Russian producer and media proprietor Alexander Rodnyansky.
